Nelson Koiffman
Attorney with a Law Degree from the Universidade de São Paulo - USP. He deals in the business consultancy area and is specialized in the elaboration of contracts and in questions related to e-commerce and other contractual matters necessary for the implementation of businnes in the net and in contentious civil consultancy. He is an ex-partner of Koiffman & Adoni Law Firm where he developed the International Law area enabling and assisting the establishment of multinational enterprises in Brazil. He is the author of the scientific initiation "Mercosul Aspects of Private International Law" approved by FAPESP in 1991 and author of the article Dumping and Mercosul published in the paper "International Contracts and Business Law in the Mercosul" under the coordination of Professor Paulo Borba Casella (LTR 1996).
