Marcelo Thompson Landgraf Attorney, registered in the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro since 1995 with a Law Degree from the Univesidade Cândido Mendes in Rio. He received an MBA in Business Law in 1996 from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He specializes in the areas of consultancy and contentious, civil and commercial and bankruptcy with a great deal of experience in the procedures of recuperating credit for financial institutions and in law suits that involve civil responsability. He also deals in the corporate law area, partnership organization, analysis and elaboration of commercial contracts.
